Water Retention

Water retention is caused by an unhealthy diet and not drinking enough water.

When your body doesn't get enough water, the next time you drink it will store the water in your body. This causes you to gain extra pounds.

To prevent this from happening, keep hydrated. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Also exercise, you can also sweat out excess water

  1. Not eating healthy and not drinking water, is not the only cause for water retention. There are many other reasons.
